Core Aeration and Over Seeding Fescue

Starting in Mid-August thru October are the month to rejuvenate your fescue lawn. It is very important that a fescue lawn be reseeded periodically to maintain the proper turf density, the reason for this is that fescue doesn’t spread like the warm season grasses i.e. Bermuda, Zoysia, and Centipede. A fescue lawn that is thick and healthy will have less trouble with weeds and diseases. The seed that we use is a blend of several types of fescue seeds, and we core aerate each section twice and leave you with detailed instructions regarding the proper care for your lawn.
